 Let’s get into all the amazing things about The Kimpton Seafire Resort! The resort is located about 10-12 minutes away from the airport.

 Transportation:  Local Taxi service from Owen Roberts International Airport   

 Arriving to the resort, the check-in process was super easy, and the concierge were very helpful. If you arrive before check-in time- there is a possibility of early check-in, but this is not guaranteed.

The Room: Essential King Room with Ocean View. The room was extremely clean, comfortable & cozy bed and the décor was modern chic. There was a semi-private balcony with the view of the ocean and pool. The bathroom: very clean and spacious, double sinks and a stand-up glass shower. Complimentary toiletries including large size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

 Hotel Features:

Located on the main level of the hotel is a convenient shop that sells coffee, tea, juice, breakfast on-the-go items and snacks. There is also a clothing and jewelry shop, and the spa is located on the lower level. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool area, the pool over looks the beach. The servers at the pool and beach area were extremely nice. They served us like royalty, bringing towels to drape over our chairs and having food and drinks come directly to us. This service is provided for all guests. You also have the option of choosing a cabana on the beach, which we did. At an additional cost you can rent the cabana- it is draped with towels and set up like a private lounge area and you have the option of staying there for the day where you can order food and drinks while you watch the waves and beautiful ocean right before you.

Restaurants:  

·         AVE (Mediterranean Seafood + Steaks)

·         AVECITA (dinner only menu.)

·         Coccoloba (Mexican Street food meets Caribbean Seafood Bar & Grill)

 Activities:

·         Complimentary non-motorized water sports- kayaks, standing paddle boards, water tricycle, floating rafts, and sailboats

·          Jet skies and other water activities that guest can rent for an additional charge.

·         North Sound Golf Club (Local golf course on Grand Cayman Island)

·         Tourist shopping downtown (located near cruise ship doc)- The cost of the taxi ride, $80 US round trip, 30 minutes roundtrip

Be sure to visit The Spa at Seafire- booking your massage session in advance is highly recommended. This resort is pet friendly and offers water activities for children. The beach service is unforgettable, the service and attention You can stay on the resort for a time of rest and relaxation or visit many of their nearby attractions to choose from such as Cayman Turtle Farm, Sting Ray City and Starfish.
